All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to USA or UK.

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.
Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away. We're unable to make changes to your order once it has shipped.
Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors you provide. We will refund the original order if it is returned due to an incorrect address.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery time then depends on your location and the shipping option chosen at checkout.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind the courier may charge a rerouting fee to change your address.
